Booking and deposit

A booking is confirmed once the ₹500 deposit per booking is paid online. The remaining balance is paid at the park before your session. Slots are held only after successful payment of the deposit.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your start time. Sessions start at the booked time; late arrival shortens your ride time and is not refundable.

Safety and eligibility

• Swimming skills are not required for beginner sessions — you ride in a life jacket with an instructor. Expert Ride is for swimmers only.
• A life vest and helmet must be worn at all times on the water.
• Riders under 18 need a parent or guardian present to give consent at the park.
• Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted; we may refuse a session without refund in this case.
• Please tell the instructor about any medical condition, injury or pregnancy before riding.

Risk

Cable wakeboarding is a physical watersport and carries a risk of injury. You ride at your own risk and agree to follow all instructions from our staff. We are not liable for injury or loss of personal belongings except where caused by our proven negligence.

Weather and operations

We operate daily, including monsoon season. If we have to stop the cable for safety reasons — lightning, technical issues or unsafe water — we will reschedule your session or refund your deposit.

Photos and video

We may take photos or video at the park. Tell our staff if you do not want your images used on our social media and we will not publish them.

Prices

Prices shown on this website are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at the moment of booking applies to that booking.
