Who we are
This website is operated by Rajlaxmi Water Sports Private Limited (CIN U92419DL2021PTC381916), trading as 101 Wake Park, a cable wakeboarding park on Om Lake, Arambol, Goa, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Name, phone number and WhatsApp number you enter in the booking form.
- Booking details: service, date, time, number of riders, amount paid.
- Payment status and transaction reference received from our payment provider.
- Basic technical data such as anonymous session identifiers used to fix errors.
We never receive or store your full card details. Payments are processed by Razorpay on their own secure infrastructure.
Why we use it
- To create, confirm and manage your booking.
- To contact you on WhatsApp or by phone about your session, changes or reminders.
- To take a deposit and settle the balance at the park.
- To keep records required for accounting and safety.
WhatsApp messages
When you provide a WhatsApp number, we may send you booking confirmations, payment reminders and session reminders through the WhatsApp Business Platform. You can ask us to stop these messages at any time by replying to the chat.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the booking: our payment provider (Razorpay), our hosting and database provider, and WhatsApp for messaging. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as needed to operate the park and to meet legal and accounting obligations. After that they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you. Write to us on WhatsApp at +91 75035 55255 and we will respond as soon as we can.
